HOW DO WE BOOK THE DATE?

Before securing your booking, I’d love to have a quick call to hear all about your wedding plans and ensure we’re the perfect match!Once you've selected your photography package and are ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract outlining all the details, along with my bank account information for the retainer payment 2 000 Euro. As soon as the signed contract and retainer are received, your date is officially reserved in my calendar.The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Looking forward to capturing your beautiful day!

DO YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY OR ILLNESS?

Yes, absolutely! While I take every precaution to be there on your wedding day, unexpected situations can arise. In the rare event of an emergency or illness, I have a trusted network of experienced photographers who share my style and standards. I will personally ensure that a professional steps in to capture your day seamlessly.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS? WILL THE IMAGES BE RETOUCHED AND COLOR-CORRECTED?

You will receive your final images in a beautifully curated online gallery, allowing you to easily download, share, and print your photos. Every image is professionally edited, including color correction and retouching, to ensure they look their absolute best while maintaining a natural and timeless feel.

ARE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED IN YOUR FEES?

My package prices already include travel fees only in EU, as well as accommodation for the wedding day. There are no additional charges for these.

PERSONALITY RIGHTS

By booking my services, you agree that Elena Matiash may use the resulting images for portfolio and promotional purposes. I deeply respect your privacy, so if you prefer otherwise, please let me know. While I am happy to honor such requests, please understand that showcasing my work is essential for the business. If you wish to keep your images private, I recommend selecting the NDA option.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR WEDDING PHOTOS AFTER THE BIG DAY?

I always strive to deliver your wedding gallery as quickly as possible! The full collection is typically ready within 2-3 months, depending on the season’s workload.But I’ll send you a sneak peek gallery shortly after your wedding, so you can share beautiful moments with your guests and post them on social media right away!

HOW MANY BLACK-AND-WHITE PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR WEDDING REPORTAGE?

I absolutely love black-and-white photography, so it naturally has a place in my work. My galleries are usually around 70% colour and 30% black and white.
